Everything i know about yoghurt: it is a fermented white stuff that you can make yourself out of milk. You warm up the milk until it is about to boil and you remove from the fire. Once it cools down a bit you add 100ml of natural yoghurt and you let it sit in a warm place. The next day you will have a whole amount of yoghurt. Add sugar or honey or fruit. Some people like to add salt and eat it in pasta. Some people put it in their coffee. There is an long and old tradition in yugoslavia of putting yoghurt in your shoes every night before going to bed. In the balkans they pour a little spoon of yoghurt on their water.
